A little bit about me first. I'm currently the Head of Remote and Support Quality at Klaus, a support quality management platform. Before I moved into this position, I led Klaus’ product organization as we grew from 10 people to 60 people.

There was a lot of change going on during that time, and today I’ll be sharing what I learned about change management through all these sometimes accidental changes.
