We brought you another stellar installment of The Future of SaaS Festival, which clocked over 13 hours of presentations from incredible names like McAfee, Google Cloud, Workday, Asana, and many, many more.
Not content with one awesome event, we brought you two, in the very same month!
Thousands of professionals joined us for the inaugural Women in SaaS Summit in September to explore, celebrate, and learn with our influential guest speakers from the likes of Accenture, Amazon Web Services, Twilio, GitHub, and more.
We also launched our very first report.
We surveyed SaaS professionals around the world from organizations at all stages of growth to bring you a report solely dedicated to customer retention - The State of Customer Retention Report 2021.

Rounding off the year in style, we launched our first deep dive into diversity, equity and inclusion, and celebrated THE ones to watch in 2022.
First off was The SaaS Landscape Report 2021.
Through a mix of qualitative and quantitative data, we took a look at the make-up of the SaaS sector to uncover how - both individually and collectively - we can begin to make a difference.
With the help of some DE&I experts and real champions of change, we unpacked:
